Rudeness, Brutality, Filth, Ferocity with a touch of Groove are some of the ingredients that blasted loudly through the speakers of Metropool last Friday. The sound was dry (like the sound of cutting abdominal viscera that has been rotting for weeks) and clear like breaking cartilage. The concert hall was filled with metal enthusiasts with nice character and a ‘’terrible’’ taste in music. It was a nice evening to kick off 2024; Old School Dutch Death Metal sound from the mid-nineties that was taken out of the closet, dusted off and put into a new rotten jacket.
